I’ve been a physical preparation coach for almost 20 years now, having coached athletes from a wide variety of sports.
Over time, I started realising that there was a disconnect between training and rehabilitation.
It was always either one or the other.
And this made no sense to me, as good training methods should never lead to injuries. Quite the opposite.
Looking to help athletes better, I founded ATC in 2018.
Our philosophy connects personalized rehabilitation (when needed), injury prevention and performance enhancement.
Instead of addressing symptoms, we are searching for the causes. Training and competition history, bad training methods. And how these forces led to imbalances in the body. Better training then removes imbalances and avoids injuries.
Using the same principles, we are also creating innovative performance methods.
Methods in flexibility, strength, endurance and speed.
Thus propelling athletes to new levels of physical performance, while preserving their health.
