It reduces pain. It gets you back. But it does not always prepare your body for what comes next.

We go through your full injury history, training history and current training methods. This shows us how you got here.
2. Structural Assessment
We assess your flexibility, strength, posture and structural balance. This shows us what is happening now.
3. Programme Design
We connect your history with your current structure and build a programme that addresses the cause, not just the symptom.
4. Full-time Online Support
Your programme evolves as your body changes. Updates and exercise videos are available online, so you always know what to do.
5. In-person Training
We meet face-to-face once a week to refine execution, adjust the plan and keep the process moving properly.

What the Assessment Finds
Three athletes. Same process applied differently.
David had the same back problem returning for ten years. He had been through multiple physio cycles — each one settling the injury without resolving what was causing it. Assessment found chronic hip restriction driving compensatory load into his lumbar spine every time training intensity increased. The training was not the problem. The preparation underneath it was.
Declan was a multi-sport athlete with strong performance numbers. By conventional measures, he was progressing. Underneath, the structural foundation was degrading — flexibility declining, specific strength deficits being masked by global effort. The injuries were not random. Some parts can be supported online, but the structural assessment and weekly coaching are most effective in person. ReBuild is primarily built around weekly face-to-face work.
No. We work with people at different levels of fitness. What matters is that you are willing to train, follow a process and take the problem seriously.
ReBuild is designed as a minimum 3-month process. Some people need longer depending on their injury history, training background and starting point. We will communicate that clearly before you begin.
