Sounds familiar?
You’ve done the rehab, taken time off. And now you’re back to training.
Then something breaks again.
Training builds up. Intensity returns.
And your body cannot handle what is being asked of it.
The same injury keeps returning every few months
Different injuries keep appearing in different areas
Training goes well until intensity increases
You no longer fully trust your body under load
The pain settles, but the problem keeps coming back
Why the problem keeps coming back
Most rehab focuses on the injury that is painful now.
That matters. But it is usually not enough.
If your flexibility, strength, posture, training history, and sport demands are still misaligned, the same body returns to the same conditions. So when load increases again, another setback becomes likely.
ReBuild exists to find and fix that mismatch.
How it works
The Problem
Most rehab focuses on the current injury.
It reduces pain. It gets you back. But it does not always prepare your body for what comes next.
So when load increases, speed returns, or competition starts again, the same system produces the same result.
ReBuild exists to fix that.
1. Interview
We go through your injury history, training history, sport demands, and what has already been tried.
This shows us how the problem developed, not just where it hurts now.
2. Structural Assessment
We assess flexibility, strength, posture, gait, and structural balance.
This shows us what your body can currently handle – and where it is compensating.
3. Programme Design
We connect your history with the assessment and build a plan around the actual cause of the breakdown.
The goal is not to chase symptoms. It is to rebuild the system that keeps failing.
4. Online Support
Your programme is updated as your body changes.
Exercise videos and programme notes are available online so you know what to do between sessions.
5. In-person Training
We meet face-to-face once a week to refine execution, adjust the plan, and keep the process moving properly.
What the Assessment Reveals
David had the same back problem returning for ten years.
He had been through multiple physio cycles, each one settling the injury without resolving it. The issue was not simply his back. His hips were not giving him enough movement, so his lower back kept taking stress it was never meant to absorb.
Declan looked strong on paper.
He was a multi-sport athlete with good performance numbers. But the assessment showed declining flexibility and specific strength deficits hidden underneath bigger movements. Once assessed properly, the injuries made sense.
Irene had spent two years managing the same problem with injections.
The pain kept returning because the site of pain was not the whole problem. Her body was failing to support that area under training stress.

This Is Not For Everyone
ReBuild is for athletes who have been through the cycle more than once and know that simply resting, treating, or pushing through has not solved it.
It is not for someone looking for a quick fix, passive treatment, or a few exercises to try on their own.
It is for athletes who are ready to step back, understand the cause, and rebuild properly before chasing intensity again.

The application helps us see whether this is the right process for you.
ReBuild may be right for you if injuries keep returning, different problems keep appearing, or you no longer fully trust your body when training intensity increases.
After you apply, we will review your situation and decide whether ReBuild is appropriate.
No. ReBuild is primarily built around weekly face-to-face work.
Some support can happen online, but the structural assessment, coaching, and programme adjustments are most effective in person.
No.
We work with people at different levels of fitness. What matters is that you are willing to train, follow a process, and take the problem seriously.
ReBuild is a minimum three-month process.
Some people need longer depending on their injury history, training background, and starting point. We will discuss that clearly before you begin.
No. ATC ReBuild is not physiotherapy and does not replace medical care. It is a physical preparation programme for athletes who are ready to rebuild the body for training after pain has settled or after they have been cleared to train.
